The apartments are fully furnished and a weekly change of linen is included. The charges include the use of the "Oktogon" wellness area with indoor swimming pool, panorama sauna, herbal sauna, steam room, Kneipp facilities, fitness and table tennis room. The following are available for a supplement: infra-red cabin; solarium and freshwater whirlpool, cosmetic treatments, massages and other body treatments. Please note that we will be adding another nine exclusive apartments suitable for 4-6 people for the 2008-2009 winter season. For more details, please contact us on .
In summer a walking programme with our own walking guide is available free of charge to our guests (Mon-Fri).

Cancellation Charges
In case of cancellation of the accommodation contract, the following fees/charges apply:
For every cancellation of a confirmed booking a handling fee of EUR 32,00
applies. From one month before the arrival, 20% of the cost of the booking,
with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee. From two weeks before
arrival, 60% of the cost of the booking, with a minimum of the above-mentioned
handling fee. From one week before arrival, 80% of the cost of the booking,
with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee.
On the last day or on no-shows, the total booking price is charged.
Furthermore the general policies and conditions of the Austrian Hotels
Convention are applicable.
