The Hotel Charlotte, a guesthouse with a special atmosphere, is located close to the centre of Seefeld in a beautiful area with superb views of the surrounding mountains, such as the Kalkkögel, the Karwendel and the Wetterstein.
This hotel has been managed by the Köstinger and Marthe families for more then 45 years, who offer kind and individual care, as well as top service.
For relaxation, you have the beautiful spa area “Oktogon” at your disposition, with panorama views, different saunas, Kneipp treatment place, solarium, whirlpools, infrared cabin and indoor swimming pool. Also offered are weekly guided walks and the beloved llama tours, all free of charge.

Children's reductions in parents' room :
1 child up to 6 years stays free of charge!
Second child up to 6 years € 20,-/per day including food
Children: 6 - 14 years 50% reduction
Above 14 years: 20% reduction

Garage: € 10,-/day
New fitness and spa centre - Oktogon - and swimming pool.
Please note that we are unable to accept credit cards, although we do we accept regular bank cards (showing EC, MAESTRO or BANKOMAT logo). We are only able to accept cash payments in conjunction with any package or special offer.
If desired, you can simply take breakfast with a reduction of 7 Euros on the half board price.
At the golf academy, we can offer guests a 35% reduction on the green fee and free use of the driving range.
In summer a walking programme with our own walking guide is available free of charge to our guests (Mon-Fri).

Cancellation Charges
In case of cancellation of the accommodation contract, the following fees/charges apply:
For every cancellation of a confirmed booking a handling fee of EUR 32,00
applies. From one month before the arrival, 20% of the cost of the booking,
with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee.
From two weeks before arrival, 60% of the cost of the booking,
with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee.
From one week before arrival, 80% of the cost of the booking,
with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee.
On the last day or on no-shows, the total
booking price is charged.
Furthermore the general policies and conditions
of the Austrian Hotels Convention are applicable.
In cooperation with the insurance company „Europaeische Reiseversicherung“ we offer you the possibility to sign up for a cancellation insurance. More information and pricing can be found under the following internet page:
