For our apartment-guests

* Accommodation of an additional person:

until 6 years free EUR 10,00, up to 7 years EUR 25,00 per night.

The prices are per apartment and night without meals, incl. VAT, additionally

tourist tax of EUR 5,00 per person/night completed 15th year of life.

Short stay supplement: 1-3 nights EUR 20,00 per night/apartment (1-4 people)

FINAL CLEANING between EUR 60,00 and EUR 120,00

On request: breakfast-buffet à EUR 19,00

and/or dinner  à EUR 38,00 per person/day

or half board-supplement EUR 55,00 per person/day.

Reduction for children (meals): 0-2 years free of charge, 3-6 years - 70%; 7-11 years - 50%, 12-13 years - 30%

Prices include the use of our SPA-Area and of our indoor swimming-pool (*)

Daily towels change  (if necessary),

Weekly bed-linen change,

bathrobes and bath-towels are available at the reception.

In the hotel: table-football, billiard, table-tennis, darts, and wash machine. (*)

Pets are only allowed in the hotel and in the Haber Eckl.

Pets are not allowed in the Appart Charlotte exclusive!

Summer direct booking-discount :

  For bookings of 3 nights or more made at least 12 weeks before arrival, we offer a 10% early bird discount on the apartment price. For bookings made at least 6 weeks before arrival, we offer a 5% early bird discount.

 (Just valid for the list-prices and not on packages-arrangements or special-offer)

This discount only applies to bookings in the summer season!

(*) just open during the summer-season, 

from the middle of May to the middle of October and beginning December to the middle of March.

Terms and conditions:

The reservation is fixed upon receipt of the requested account.

Cancellation-conditions second the Austrian Hotel-Terms and as mentioned in our confirmation 

of reservation. By later arrival or earlier departure as confirmed, we will charge you the full 

apartment-price without exception. We suggest you a cancellation-insurance. 

Subject to setting and printing-errors, in case of doubt our actual price-list is always valid!
