The reservation is fix upon receipt of the requested account. Our cancellation conditions (under the Austrian lodging contract terms):

• until 1 month prior arrival is the cancellation free of charge
• until 14 days prior arrival we will charge 60% of the stipulated total price
• until 7 days prior arrival 80%
• and during the last week prior arrival 90%

By later arrival or earlier departure as confirmed, we will charge you the full price without exception. 

We suggest you a cancellation-insurance.
