Summer direct booking-discount :

for bookings of 3 nights or more we offer a 10% early bird discount for bookings made 12 weeks prior to arrival

 and a 5% discount for bookings made at least 6 weeks prior to arrival on the room - and apartment price.

 (Just valid for the list-prices and not on packages-arrangements or special-offer)

The reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit.

The summer cancellation conditions apply  (under the Austrian lodging contract terms):

until 7 days prior arrival is the cancellation free of charge,

7-4 days prior arrival we will charge 60% of the stipulated total price,

within the last 3 days prior arrival and/or in case of no-show or early departure 90%. 

In case of late arrival or early departure the full room or apartment price will be charged.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Sentence and typing errors reserved, in case of doubt our current price list always applies!
